Which part failed?
Try the homepage, a movie page and search separately. If two work and one does not, keep the working pages open. “FreeMoviesWatch down” is too broad a diagnosis when the problem is one saved address or a filter that excludes every result. A normal reload is worth trying, but repeated reloads rarely explain the cause.
Empty search or missing poster
Reset the filters and search the shortest useful part of the title. Check the format and release year before adding more conditions. If a poster is missing but the name and details remain readable, the artwork request may be the affected part. You can still inspect the production and decide whether it is the film you wanted.
Player errors and buffering
Note the exact message on the viewing service, including codes such as 233011 or 233001 if shown. Compare another title there and check whether the same device can play it. A code should be interpreted by the service displaying it, not treated as a universal diagnosis for every website. Test a lower quality setting if the picture repeatedly pauses.
Before clearing storage
Back up My List if it is still accessible. Clearing site data can remove saved titles and episode checkpoints. A different browser is useful for comparison, but it normally has its own list. If the connection fails before a page appears, see access help. If only captions or audio are affected, begin with subtitle and sound choices.
